Personality: Constantly walking the fine line separating rage from savagery, Nightflare is a powder keg in almost every sense of the word. His calm outward appearance masks a creature of hate, possessing little regard for human life, never hesitating to kill. While he is usually able to direct this anger towards the less desirable of human life, there is little in the way of that changing. A wrong move here, or a single word uttered in ignorance could tip him over the edge with little effort. Deep underneath all these layers of anger and hate, however, dwells a lonely child, unable to cry.

Powers: Nightflare possesses the ability to summon and control fire. His summoned flames are black as night. While he has no trouble controlling fires from other sources he prefers focusing solely on his own.

Weaknesses: Water, obviously, is no friend of fire. Douse his body well enough and summoning flames becomes difficult, though his control of fire could still leave you burning if you forget to put out the candles. Nightflare is also easily provoked, and his general fighting style already relies more on brute force than tactics, but throwing more fuel onto the wildfire is not always a good idea.

Background: Nightflare’s background is something of a mess. His memories are blurry at times, clear at others, and some even seem to overlap. He has no recollection of a family and he is unsure if the memories of his youth, playing with friends on a playground, are from a school or an orphanage. He can’t even remember how or when his powers began manifesting, whether he was born with them or received them later in life somehow. His clearest memories are the ones he has made since the alienation began, running away, living on the streets, the constant rage driving him forward.
